Hello Beautiful People,

How was your August? Great, I hope. We had a fun time in Ischia, visiting one of my best mates from Sydney who relocated there. It’s a relaxed, beautiful island off the coast of Naples, and is one of our favorite places in the world. I put some photos on Insta if you're that way inclined (@reedlangridge).

On the work front, it was a busy month with several proposals for new projects. It seems a lot of large companies are dialing up their focus on redesigning their operating models and exploring technology opportunities in this new AI-driven world. Love it.

With each proposal comes the inevitable question about pricing, which is the topic of this month's newsletter. No matter what business you're in, or what role you play, having a mental model for pricing is empowering. I'll break down my approach into 5 steps.

Next month I will be writing about sales and marketing. This is, by far, the most anxiety inducing topic for the entrepreneurs and solopreneurs I work with. If I had a dollar for every time I've heard "What if no one wants my [fill the blank]!?" I'd be retired and sailing around the world by now 😳

Fortunately, I have the ultimate framework for even the least sales-y people.
